A 49-year old Thunder Bay man is in police custody after a break in at Gary’s Towing on Carrick Street.
Police say they arrived at the scene this morning just before 5am, to find the man had climbed the fence, and was trying to steal from impounded vehicles.
Police found the man underneath a vehicle, and following a brief struggle, arrested him since he refused to surrender.
He’s been charged with break and enter with intent, and resisting a peace officer.
