A single vehicle crash on Highway 11/17 near Dorion has resulted in charges for a Thunder Bay man.
Provincial police were called early Wednesday morning to find a stolen vehicle, from Thunder Bay, had rolled over.
Police say the driver was impaired by drug, and during the arrest, assaulted an officer.
The 22-year-old was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
He remains in custody.
