The COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Canada is ranked low compared to other countries.
However, Health Minister Patty Hajdu tells us she is “not keeping an eye” on our rankings instead explaining she is focused on our own vaccine delivery.
“I think we’re on a good trajectory, of course, we had that bump where we didn’t receive doses from Pfizer…which I really think disappointed everyone but I think we are back on track,” she notes.
Hajdu adds making sure getting vaccines distributed is job one noting “I’m the domestic health minister, my job is to make sure that I’m working as hard as I can delivering for Canadians.”
