A big honour for one local woman.
Rosalind Lockyer of the PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise has been named an International Woman of the Decade at an event in India.
She’s being recognized by the Women Economic Forum for her work as a community leader.
Lockyer calls it a humbling experience, adding it’s been her passion to empower women.
