The Voyageur Winter Carnival is attempting to break a world record today.
The Carnival at Fort William Historical Park is vying for a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest snow maze.
The record is currently held by Buffalo, New York, for a 2010 snow maze approximately 1,100 square meters.
General Manager of the park Sergio Buonocore says they’re hoping to bring exposure to Thunder Bay, adding the maze at Fort William took a month to build.
