Library Set To Close Its Doors Until 2021

You only have a couple of days to visit the library in 2020.

That’s because the Thunder Bay Public Library has announced that all locations will close at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday December 23rd. The move coincides with the province wide shut down as of 12:01 a.m. Saturday December 26th.

In a release, officials say the Library has been taking a deliberately slow and safe approach to offering library service to the community for the safety of staff and the public.

The statement goes onto say, if there’re no extension to the lock down, all library locations will re-open for no contact holds pick up at the main entrances starting on Tuesday January 12, 2021.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
