The last remaining forest fire in northwestern Ontario is now out.
Fort Frances 24 was declared out yesterday.
The lightning-caused fire near Russell Lake in Quetico Provincial Park broke out on July 29th.
It eventually grew to 2,800 hectares before burning itself out.
