UPDATE: Thunder Bay Hydro has largely cleared up an outage in the city’s south side.
Between 25 and 100 customers are still without power along Balmoral Street from Dease Street to the McIntyre River, along with Norah Crescent.
Crews are on site, and the utility estimates the power will be fully restored by 4:30.
Thunder Bay Hydro says it’s because of an equipment failure.
