Sewer work on the city’s southside will mean lane closures.
Beginning Monday the northbound lane on Simpson Street between Bethune Street and Ogden Street will close to through traffic, with a detour route available at Hardisty Street. Southbound traffic will not be impacted.
It is expected that the work will take two days to complete but will depend on weather conditions and other factors.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible during the construction period. If you have to drive in the area you are being reminded to proceed with caution and obey all signs.
