If you forget to pay your Thunder Bay Hydro bill, you’ll be getting a phone call.
A new automated call system has started to remind customers who are past the due date.
Officials say they understand customers lives are busy, so this new system is meant to provide a friendly reminder.
Customers will get a call when five to seven days beyond their bill due date.
