A big announcement from a city councillor.
Larry Hebert says he’s been a 3-term councillor, and he tells us it’s now time for go for the top prize.
“Thought this would be my last kick at the cat running for office, so I thought I would throw my hat in on May 1st for Mayor.”
Hebert adds he’ll be using his community background to improve economic conditions and work with social groups if elected.
