Kenora and Dryden have seen their gas prices go up to match Thunder Bay’s 134.9
GasBuddy.com analyst Dan McTeague tells us the price reflects challenges out west.
“Two of the three refineries in Edmonton are down for maintenance and there’s also a lot of pressure on US gas prices in the midwest so we are really in for a ride. It costs about a buck twenty eight to buy their fuel today so a dollar thirty five, a dollar thirty six.”
McTeague adds if our prices do go down it will only be around four cents.
The analyst notes most of Ontario is in the same boat including Toronto.
