A nearly two-year police investigation has brought fraud and theft charges against a Fort Frances woman.
The charges against 46-year-old Jennifer Anderson stem from an allegation of fraud connected to Fort Frances Youth Soccer, dating back to 2017.
Anderson was involved with the organization at the time.
Police offer no specific details.
Anderson is facing several charges including;
- 1 Count of Criminal Breach of Trust;
- 1 Count of Fraud over $5000.00;
- 1 Count of Theft over $5000.00;
- 1 Count of Possession of property obtained by crime;
- 2 Counts of Forgery;
- 2 Counts of use, deals or acts on forged document.
She is scheduled to appear in court on December 29.
