There are no mincing words for Thunder Bay’s Ken Boshcoff about the upcoming Liberal minority government.
The former Liberal MP knows a thing or two about minority governments, having gone through two of them, and believes Patty Hajdu and Marcus Powlowski will need to keep on their toes 24/7.
Boshcoff explains minority governments are “brutal” since there is always the threat of a snap election.
That is because a vote of confidence can be called at any time by almost any party and there is the risk of the government falling.
Adding to the stress is the fact Hajdu and Powlowski will also have to do their constituency work at the same time.
