Environment Canada notes today will be hot with the temperature reaching 30, and has issued a special weather statement.
With the humidity expected into the mid-30’s, it says everyone is at risk from heat especially older adults, children and those with chronic illness.
You’re advised to drink plenty of cool liquids.
