The first baby born in Thunder Bay in 2020 is Ryleigh Sylvia Anne Noga.
She came into the world just before 3 am on New Year’s morning weighing in at five pounds nine ounces at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
The proud parents are Michelle Meddendorp and Josh Noga of Thunder Bay.
