There is a new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Rhonda Crocker-Ellacott will take over the duties as of November 23rd and is anxious make her goals a reality
“Certainly I want to continue to built on the excellent work that the team has done at the Health Sciences Centre and really build on those things to really create for the organization a best place to work best place to learn, discover, and innovate and overall best place to receive care,” explains Crocker-Ellacott.
She has been involved in the local health care system for over 30 years telling us “I thought it was and ideal time and opportunity to rejoin the team where I was several years ago and really reconnect work with the staff physicians, and scientists to really shape the future of health in Northwestern Ontario.”
Crocker-Ellacot is currently the CEO of the North West Local Health Integration Network.
She takes over from the retiring Jean Bartkowiak.
