A number of drug and alcohol impairment charges have been leveled against a 26-year old Thunder Bay woman after a crash on Balmoral Street.
Police recall it was July 20th when they were called to the Jasper Drive area around 3am to reports of a single vehicle crash.
Police say the lone occupant hit a hydro pole and other vehicles before being ejected and suffering serious injuries.
Police add the driver was doing at least 140kms an hour, and had over the legal limits of alcohol, and chemicals consistent with cocaine and cannabis in her system.
