Country Market To Re-Open

You will once again be able to shop at the Thunder Bay Country Market in-person this weekend.

The Market says around 20 food vendors will be set up this Saturday, but they are asking all shoppers to keep their distance and not linger after making their purchases.

“We want our shoppers to feel safe and at ease when they visit. So, with a little creative thinking, we have developed extra safety measures for all those in attendance. It will still be the local experience you love, but at a distance,” explains Kelly Fettes, President of Thunder Bay Country Market Board.

The CLE Dove Building will be open to foot traffic on Saturdays only from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

It’s similar to how the Market operated in March in response to the pandemic, before switching to an online store in early April. The Market will continue orders through its online store, with Wednesday reserved for pick-up of those orders.
