City councillors are being asked to spend $50,000 to decorate two city transit buses.
Councillor Andrew Foulds says under his proposal, one of the buses would have a reconciliation theme.
Foulds believes reconciliation is something that is “very important…and having a symbol of that is very powerful.”
The Current River councillor says the other so called “art bus” would commemorate the 50th anniversary of Thunder Bay in 2020.
