The best college athletes in Ontario will converge on Thunder Bay.
Confederation College Athletics was successful in its bid to host the Ontario Colleges Athletics Association (OCAA) Cross Country Running Championships at Lappe Ski Centre on October 29th.
This will be the first time hosting for the city.
The event features over 150 runners from 16 Colleges.
The men’s event will have the student-athletes running eight kilometres, with the women’s competition running a six-kilometre race.
The top three men’s and women’s teams, and top 25 runners qualify for the Canadian College Athletic Association (CCAA) Championship in Medicine Hat, Alberta in November.
