Concerns by some tenants of Thunder Bay’s District Social Services board of not getting mail on time is being addressed by the end of the month.
After a conversation with Canada Post, Board Chair Ken Ranta tells us they feel community mailboxes is the answer, as tenants will have a key to go with it.
Ranta couldn’t comment if police have been involved over possible theft of mail, as he doesn’t know if tenants have spoken to them, as he hasn’t.
