The city expects to be around $730,000 under budget by the end of this year.
A report to City Council says a large chunk of that comes from the levy from the District Social Services Administration Board.
Another big portion of the savings is coming from the Community Services budget.
The total is the combined balances of the city’s tax-supported and rate-supported budgets.
Councillors will hear the details at tonight’s Council meeting.
