Travel Hazardous Due To Regional Fog

You’re being advised to drive with caution anywhere along Lake Superior’s north shore to Thunder Bay due to intense fog.

Environment Canada says there is next to no visibility as of early Thursday morning, on Highway 17 from Marathon through to Thunder Bay, and extending further west.

It adds conditions may improve somewhat in the afternoon, but then worsen by the evening.

Thursday’s forecast for Thunder Bay is scattered showers all day, risk of thunderstorm, but the fog should disappear by late morning.
