Thousands of people converged on the north waterfront for Canada Day activities.
Prince Arthur’s Landing and Marina Park were teaming with people taking in the music and acitivities with police saying, other than some minior incidents there was nothing to speak off and better than they could have hoped for.
The evening ended with the annual fireworks display.
Police say other than some minor incidents at the waterfront it was a relatively quiet night adding, they could not have hoped for anything better.
