A judge is expected to decide in January if a high-profile second-degree murder charge against a 19-year old will go trial.
Brayden Bushby’s preliminary hearing wrapped up recently and a judge has set his judgement in the case for January 15th.
Bushby charged in relation to the death of Barbara Kentner, who was walking when someone threw a trailer hitch from a vehicle in January of 2017.
She died later that year.
