The Border Cats have their bench boss for next season.
Mitchell Feller has been hired as the new field manager for the 2017 season.
He’s from South Dakota State University and says he looks forward to working with General Manager Dan Grant and the rest of the organization to build something great for baseball fans in Thunder Bay.
Grant says the team was looking for someone who has proven they can manage through adversity and be a professional.
