If you take Balmoral Street to work, you may want to change your commute starting today.
Major road and sewer work will fully close Balmoral from Hewitson Street and the Harbour Expressway for around ten days, which will include two days where the Balmoral and Harbour Expressway is shut down.
After that, the intersection will open to one lane of traffic in each direction.
The work will also include Balmoral Street from the Harbour Expressway to Alloy Drive, and is expected to finish by the end of October.
