Thunder Bay Police are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred at Donato’s Bakery on south Court Street.
Just after 12:30 this morning, a man pulled out a knife and demanded money, but the suspect ended up leaving the store without any cash. He was last seen riding a bike heading southbound on Court Street towards John Street. The employee was not injured.
The suspect is described as a Native Canadian, approximately 17 to 20 years old. He is 5’10” tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black jacket with red patches on the side, a black toque, an orange neck warmer over his face, dark coloured jeans and black shoes with white soles.
