Police are charging a 27 year old city woman after a 20 year old woman was robbed at an ATM machine Sunday.
They say the victim was accosted at the TD Bank on Dawson Road by a woman brandishing a syringe. After surrendering her money and a bank card, the victim’s boyfriend showed up and got her money and card back.
Police say Ashley Hoard was apprehended a short time later and is in custody awaiting another court appearance.
