Two people are facing charges in connection the sale of liquor on what police call the black market.
The charges come after earlier this month LCBO employees observed suspicious purchasing activity.
As a result of that investigation police later identified a woman who was allegedly purchasing liquor to resell illegally.
As a result, officers seized alcohol with a retail value of about $400, and $1,400.
