The Transportation Safety Board says it’s investigating an Air Canada plane crash early this morning.
Air Canada is reporting that at least 18 people of the 23 sent to hospital have been released, and that injuries are not serious.
The plane is said to have exited the runway upon landing at Halifax International Airport.
