If you’re heading into the weekend feeling a little worn down or just not quite yourself, here are a few reminders to help you lift your head and keep going.

First one: “You’ve survived 100% of your hardest days — you’re doing better than you think.” Sometimes we forget how strong we already are.

Second: “Every storm runs out of rain.” Whatever you’re facing right now, it won’t last forever. Better days really do come back around.

And one more for the road: “Small steps still move you forward.” You don’t have to fix everything at once — just keep taking the next right step.

So if you’re feeling down and out, let these be your little boost heading into the weekend. You’ve got more strength, more resilience, and more hope in you than you realize.
