Sixteen active cases of COVID-19 in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
Officials confirmed eight new ones Monday with three being obtained from someone else who has the virus, one from travel outside of Northwestern Ontario and the remaining four without a cause as of yet.
In Ontario, 326 new cases with 231 coming from those who aren’t fully vaccinated or their vaccination status is unknown.
There are 326 new cases of COVID-19. 231 cases are in individuals who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 95 are in fully vaccinated individuals.
