There is one more person with COVID-19 in the Thunder Bay District, and two previous cases are confirmed to have Variants of Concern.
The update from the District Health Unit says that the new case had no known exposure to the virus before testing positive.
There are currently four people in the district with active infections.
Ontario added 801 new cases over the weekend.
