A child pornography charge has been laid against a 45-year-old Thunder Bay man.
City police say they began looking into possible possession of material related to child abuse by a local internet user this month.
Armed with a search warrant, police showed up at a home in the 500 block of James Street early Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect was arrested without incident, and police found an electronic device containing suspected child porn.
Police add he appeared in bail court, and was released with a future court date.
