COVID-19 Outbreak At McKellar Park School

Officials declare a COVID-19 Outbreak at McKellar Park Central School.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Lakehead Public Schools made the move, as per provincial guidelines, because at least two cases of coronavirus have been identified within the school setting.

The new positive cases are deemed to have been acquired in the school setting.

The school is currently operating virtually with no in-person instruction.
