Another Canadian airline will start flying in and out of Thunder Bay in June.
Flair is based in Edmonton, and says it will bring what it calls its ultra-low cost service to 18 Canadian destinations by summer.
The company, calling itself Canada’s only independent carrier, adds as non-essential air service safely restarts in Canada, it’ll begin flying May 1st out Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Halifax and Saint John, NB.
Thunder Bay is the following month, along with Charlottetown.
Victoria and Abbottsford will be on the list in July.
Flair’s president, Stephen Jones, says Canadians have been paying too much for too long, and they are going to change that.
