Premier Doug Ford is sticking to his vaccination rollout plan in northwestern Ontario.
In an exclusive interview with Acadia Broadcasting, Ford says he still believes the province can hit its February 5 target to complete Phase 1, which focuses on long-term care facilities.
“The priority is to focus on long-term care, seniors, vulnerable senior residents, and elders in the First Nation communities. After that, then we’re going to start going to, let’s say, the first responders in high-risk areas,” Ford explains.
Ford says teachers and grocery store clerks would be included in Phase 2.
