Ten new people are diagnosed by the Thunder Bay District Health unit as having COVID-19.
However, it says ten others previously with the virus have been cleared.
Of the ten new cases, three are from Southbridge Roseview long-term care home, six got the virus from being close to someone else with it, and one person’s results are pending.
The current active case load is now 84, as there was a death Tuesday morning at Southbridge.
All are from Thunder Bay and surrounding area.

Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
