There’s a special Neebing Ward meeting tonight that’ll cover the Parkdale second access route.
Councillor Cody Fraser and Aaron Ward from Engineering will be hosting the virtual town hall starting at 7:00 p.m.
Fraser is hopefully he can clear up the hearsay on this item, which he heard a lot about when he was running for municipal office.
“I’m finding that since I’ve been elected, a lot of the information that residents get is from second hand sources and my goal is to have my constituents on the same page,” says Fraser. “There was an emergency access route punched through out the back to the Highway 11 & 17 Harbour Expressway and so if the bridge were ever to go down, which engineering has assured me will never happen, there is a way in and out of there especially for emergency vehicles.”
