Police say they were patrolling the May Street south area around 6 o’clock Thursday evening, when they noticed the man in front of a bar.
Police tell us he tried to give them a false name, and when finding his true identity, confirmed he was charged by them on October 7th for drug related offenses.
He was charged with obstructing police, failure to comply with judicial release, which were added to previous charges.
Police add he was released after bail court, on conditions, with a future court date.
