PM To Address Canadians Tonight

The Prime Minister will speak to Canadians Wednesday night, expected to talk about COVID-19 and the Throne Speech.

Justin Trudeau will begin his talk at 6:30.

The Throne Speech is Wednesday afternoon, starting at 1:30… the big question is whether the opposition parties vote to bring the minority government down in a vote of non-confidence.

Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole will not be responding to the Speech, as he is in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19, his wife has also tested positive.

Meanwhile, there will be a state funeral for former Prime Minister John Turner, who died Saturday at the age of 91. It’ll be October 6th, in Toronto, but by invitation only. The family has also asked there be no public viewing, or lying in state.
