Northern Ontario Not Part Of Network

Telecom provider Rogers is expanding its 5G network.

It was started Tuesday in 50 new cities and towns, including 18 locations all in southern Ontario.

Rogers was the first to roll out the higher speed network in January in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

No word when it will come to northwestern Ontario.

5G is available in International Falls and Baudette through T-Mobile.
