The Spirit of Radio is alive and well at Toronto Blue Jays games! The Jays, who are playing home games in Buffalo to avoid border crossing during the pandemic, are filling the empty stands with cardboard cutouts. Among the mock fans? Rush’s Geddy Lee!

Geddy is a longtime Jays season ticket holder and behind home plate is his spot, so it’s cool to see the team tipping their cap to the singer. Meanwhile, right next to Geddy is the legendary Home Plate Lady. She’s also been a long-term staple in the stands behind the plate. She’s been a Jays icon for years, but shot to international internet fame last year after a foul ball nailed the netting right in front of her and she didn’t even flinch! Check it out below – Nerves of steel! She should be a pitcher!!!!
