I have to admit that until we got Disney Plus a few months back, I hadn’t seen an episode of The Simpsons in probably 10 years. The funny thing though, is I could still quote an episode and people would get it. The longest running prime-time animated series ever has definitely carved it’s way into Pop Culture for years to come. As you may have guess, I’m a bit of a music nut (why else whould I be in radio? Definitely not the money!! haha) and I’ve memorized many classic album covers over the years. I watch a lot of flip through videos from different record stores and can usually determine what the majority of the albums I’m seeing are (provided they aren’t newish releases). Someone with a heck of a lot more time on their hands than I have has put together some great mashups using the Simpsons and classic (and not so classic) album covers.
