Patio Expansion Begins Next Week

Access to a portion of Red River Road will be restricted starting next week.

The Waterfront District Business Improvement Area tells us it’s for the city’s expansion of patios, which city council just granted to help restaurants bounce back from COVID-19.

The road will be fully closed Monday to Thursday, from Court Street to St. Paul. Then starting Friday, and lasting all summer to September, only the westbound lane will be closed.
