An impaired driving charge has been laid after a collision in the south end.
Police say they were called to Donald and Norah Street area Tuesday afternoon, and learned a red car did not stop at the stop sign, colliding with another vehicle.
Police add the driver of the red car admitted to smoking cannabis previously, with further tests proving he was impaired by drugs.
A 20-year old man from Barrie is charged.
