Rural Heritage Days organizers are postponing most of their 2020 activities because of the pandemic.
Rural Heritage Agricultural Society Vice President Tom Loghrin says they won’t host their usual demonstrations or vendors this year.
They will go ahead with the 88th annual Slate River Plowing Match this year on Saturday, September 12th. However, the event will be invitation-only and no spectators will be allowed.
Loghrin adds they plan to replace the usual antique tractor display with a”drive-by” version, and says they will have more details in August.
The society hopes a full version of Rural Heritage Days can return in 2021.
