It’s a day to connect with your neighbours, even when you have to stay apart.
Thunder Bay is celebrating Neighbour Day for the first time, and encouraging you to decorate your windows, doors or yards to mark the occasion.
You can also send cards, play music for the neighbourhood, or have gatherings of up to ten people. You can also share how you celebrate with the #thanksneighbour tag on social media.
You can find more activities at this link.
City officials remind you to still keep your distance from people outside your social circle or household, and wear a mask.
